Design, implement, and evaluate three six-day action plans that demonstrate personal commitment to responsible health action related to blood-borne pathogen information, safety practices, harmonious relationships, food choices, interpersonal skills, and morality.
What is your action plan?
      My action plan is to go for a 15 minute walk each day for 6 days. It will help me improve in gym for the 6 minute run we have. I will make sure I follow this by telling Abi, Shayna, Skyla, Jacelyn, and my mom.
 Why is it important to you?
     It’s super important to me because I really need to start exercise more because I really need to start getting more laps (around the gym) in the 6 minute run. Also because, I just need to get out of the house more so I’m not a couch potato.
